About Alebrijes Bakery

Alebrijes Bakery is a family-owned bakery rooted in Mexican tradition. Every morning we bake conchas, bolillos, empanadas and pan fino the way our family has for generations, alongside croissants, danishes and muffins made fresh in-house.

Our name comes from the alebrijes — the brightly painted folk-art creatures of Mexico. They stand for imagination and color, which is exactly what we want on your table and on your cake.

Somos una panadería familiar con raíces mexicanas. Cada mañana horneamos conchas, bolillos, empanadas y pan fino como lo ha hecho nuestra familia por generaciones, junto con croissants, danesas y muffins hechos en casa.

Today we serve three neighborhood stores in Rancho Cucamonga and Ontario, bake wholesale for local cafés, and decorate custom cakes for birthdays, quinceañeras and weddings.
